How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use that tracking number to follow your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-Day Returns on eligible items. Please review our Return Policy page for full details on conditions and how to initiate a return.
Can I exchange a sauna or cold plunge for a different model?
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis within our 30-Day Returns window. Contact us with your order number and the model you are interested in, and we will walk you through the process.
What type of electrical setup do saunas and hot tubs require?
Electrical requirements vary by model. Each product page lists specific voltage and amperage details. We recommend consulting a licensed electrician before installation to ensure your space is properly prepared.
How do I decide between a traditional sauna and a cold plunge tub?
Traditional saunas use dry or steam heat and are designed to support relaxation and warmth. Cold plunge tubs offer a brisk, cool-water experience. Many customers incorporate both into their home wellness routine for contrast therapy.
